Connect tools to a design decision

These paths offer a concrete starting point. They do not replace design review, but they help prevent treating each calculator as an isolated result.

Size a low-voltage power path

Start with cable voltage drop, then check PCB trace width and the power dissipated by related resistors.

Condition a signal

Connect cutoff frequency, RMS amplitudes, and logarithmic levels to form a consistent view of your measurement chain.

Identify a component and check a schematic

Decode a component value, check tolerances, then validate expected behaviour with Ohm’s law or a resistor network.

Before manufacture or power-up

  • Record extreme conditions, not only nominal values.
  • Check datasheets and manufacturer requirements.
  • Have safety, compliance, and thermal aspects reviewed when they are critical.
